Corporación Gran Fondo Boyacá Mundial is a Colombian non-profit incorporated under artículo 1.2.1.5.1.2 del DUT 1625 de 2016. It is a non-taxpayer under artículos 22 y 23 del Estatuto Tributario, belongs to the special tax regime (régimen tributario especial) and meets the requirements of artículo 125-1 del ET.

Where the surplus goes
The event’s financial surplus goes to social causes. The first edition (2016) went to the Fundación Museo del Ciclismo; since 2017 it goes to the Asociación de Obras Sociales en beneficio de la Policía Nacional.
