One measurement: arm length, from shoulder to wrist with the arm extended. Pick the size whose length is closest to yours.

Size	Arm length (cm)
XS	59.7
S	61
M	62.2
L	63
XL	66

These are the garment measurements, not your arm: the fabric stretches. Between two sizes, the longer one sits better. How to change a size is in the terms of sale.
